Yes! You are able to keep your community physician. If you don’t have one or do not want to keep your community physician, we have a physician on site who will accept new patients if you so desire.

The cost can vary depending on the level of care that is required. Price range is from $4000-$6000 per month for our private pay residents.
Our rate is an all- inclusive rate. Meaning, meals, laundry services, linens, housekeeping and furniture are all part of your daily rate.
Our rooms come fully furnished for our resident’s convenience, so we don’t allow outside furniture (with the exception of possibly a recliner). TV’s and phones will need to be provided by the family/resident.
Absolutely. For a small fee, our outside friends and family are able to join their loved ones for either lunch or dinner.
We do both on a weekly basis. If it is needed in the interim due to unforeseen circumstances, we are able to accommodate. We also offer a private laundry services for those residents who wish to do their own laundry.
Of course we only want the best for our residents, but in the event you wish to move, we require a 30 day written notice.
We have a wonderful case manager who can assist with the process of applying for Medicaid.
In the event you have an appointment it is the family’s responsibility to assist with appointments. There may be times we are able to arrange for transportation for a small fee.
We have a very involved activities department. We offer, religious services, monthly birthday parties, bingo, outings, arts and crafts, musical entertainment.
